Matthew Soulanille 9a9b143764 🤖 Merge PR #60573 Add node-midi (just 'midi' on npm) type declarations by @mattsoulanille
* Add type declarations for midi

* Add docs

* Allow empty arrays in send()

* Require [number, number, number] in send()

* Remove isPortOpen(), which is not public

isPortOpen appears in the source code of midi, but is not publicly documented and does not seem to work.

* Prettier format

* Use 'typeof Foo' instead of '{ new (): Foo}'

* Remove url comment from template
