ed357cff40 Enable \g{hlend} specifier to truncate highlight 
Adds the match preferences

    let g:matchup_matchpref = {}
    let g:matchup_matchpref.vue = {'tagnameonly': 1}
    let g:matchup_matchpref.html = {'tagnameonly': 1}

Closes #30.
