How-to request an app certificate

To request a certificate you need to submit a Pull Request, this can be done completely via the GitHub web interface:

1. Click "Create new file"
2. Name the file "appname/appname.csr", whereas you have to replace appname with your CSR
3. Submit and open the PR
4. Mention @LukasReschke
